Viswanath is a 2006 graduate of University Law College, Bangalore University and has an LL.M. from School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore. She has worked on a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate transactions, corporate restructuring assignments and has advised on compliance under corporate and foreign exchange laws.Kanakagiri is a 2009 graduate of Bangalore University. She specialises in private equity, venture capital investments, mergers & acquisitions (both foreign and domestic).
