Ritesh Kumar Talreja has joined IndusLaw to set up and lead the Direct Taxes practice group in Bangalore.

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor's in commerce with over 13 years of professional experience in various Direct Tax and Regulatory matters.

Prior to joining IndusLaw, Ritesh was a Director with Ernst & Young LLP based out of Bangalore as a part of the Tax & Regulatory Services team.

Ritesh comes with experience in mergers & acquisition, corporate tax planning & litigation, tax policy, international taxation, structuring cross- border transactions and joint venture negotiations.
