She will be based out of the firm’s Gurgaon office and will be advising clients on various aspects of General corporate transactions..Goyal is a 2014 graduate of ILS Law College Pune..She has over a decade long experience and has represented a wide range of funds and corporates in their India and international, investments and acquisitions.
