Ishan Jhingran made Partner at Paul Weiss

Ishan Jhingran has been promoted to the position of a Partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP

Jhingran is a 2012 graduate of Gujarat National Law University. He earned his LLM in Mergers & Acquisitions from Columbia Law School.

He has been associated with the Firm for the past year. At Paul Weiss, Jhingran advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in all types of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, financings, restructurings and other corporate matters.

Jhingran has previously worked with erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas, White & Case, Kirkland & Ellis and Ropes & Gray.
