Jaideep Maheshwari joins Bajaj Finance as Legal Head

Jaideep Maheshwari has joined Bajaj Finance Limited as Legal Head.

Maheshwari is a 2010 graduate of Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. He earned his LLM in Commercial Contracts from National Law University, Delhi in 2020. He is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

With more than 15 years of experience, he has managed complex financing, regulatory, and strategic transactions within India’s NBFC and financial services sectors. His expertise includes capital markets, structured finance, digital lending partnerships, and strategic litigation. He has led private equity and debt fundraising efforts, negotiated multi-party consortium and co-lending agreements, and ensured regulatory compliance under RBI, SEBI, and Companies Act regulations.

Prior to joining Bajaj Finance, Maheshwari was associated with Hero FinCorp for the past seven years.
