He has previously worked with DSK Legal, the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas and Kochhar and Co. Karandikar worked with K Raheja and Corp for eight years as Legal Counsel..With over 18 years of experience in the corporate commercial, real estate, insurance, regulatory and banking sectors, he has handled various real estate transactions involving title due diligence on properties and acquisition, lease, leave and license of properties across India.
