JSA inducts seven of its lawyers into equity partnership

JSA Advocates & Solicitors has announced the elevation of seven Retained Partners from across offices and practice areas to equity partnership, effective April 1, 2026.

The following lawyers have been made Equity Partners:

• Ajay G Prasad, Corporate Practice, Bengaluru

• Akshat Jain, Disputes Practice, New Delhi

• Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Corporate Practice, Gurugram

• Brijita Prakash, Corporate Practice, Bengaluru

• Pratik Pawar, Disputes Practice, Mumbai

• Ronak Ajmera, Corporate Practice, Gurugram

• Shareen Gupta, Indirect Tax, Mumbai

The new equity partners include two women partners.

Announcing the 2026 elevations, Joint Managing Partners Vivek Chandy and Amar Gupta said,

With these elevations, JSA’s equity partnership strength now stands at 66.
