

Juris Corp has announced the induction of Saurabh Sharma, Apurva Kanvinde, Ankit Sinha and Smrithi Nair into the Firm's Equity Partnership.
Sharma is part of the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency, Financial Services, and Regulatory practice groups. He provides decisive support to banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, stressed asset funds and asset reconstruction companies, other financial intermediaries, and corporates across a wide spectrum of financing transactions.
Kanvinde is part of the Corporate Commercial, Financial Services and Regulatory practice groups. She is a distinguished legal expert specialising in debt and equity capital markets and securities laws, with extensive experience in closing deals single handedly.
Sinha is part of the Financial Services and Regulatory practice groups. He is recognised for his expertise in financial laws, excelling in transaction structuring, tailored solutions, and strategic advice.
Nair is part of the Financial Services and Regulatory practice groups. She specialises in derivatives, treasury products and structuring marked linked debt issuances.
Having grown within the firm, each of the new Equity Partners has played a significant role in strengthening Juris Corp's practice and client relationships over the years. Their induction reflects the firm's commitment to recognising excellence, rewarding leadership, and fostering a culture where talent is nurtured from within.
