

KAnalysis Consultant Pvt Ltd has officially inaugurated its Representative Office in Shenzhen, China.
The launch ceremony and forum on “New Opportunities in Guangdong and Indian Economic Ecosystem and Practical Intellectual Property Matters for Foreign Enterprises Going Global to India” was held at the new offices in Qianhai Shimao Building, marking a new chapter in cross-border intellectual property collaboration.

The establishment of the Shenzhen Representative Office at 32nd Floor, 3203A, Qianhai Shimao Building represents the culmination of years of dedication to the Chinese market and demonstrates the firm's long-term commitment to serving clients in the region.
The launch ceremony brought together dignitaries, industry leaders, and intellectual property professionals, underscoring the significance of this historic occasion.
Leading the KAnalysis delegation was Nilanshu Shekhar, Managing Partner of KAnalysis and Chief Representative of the newly established Representative Office. He was joined by Partners Ashutosh Choudhary, Amit Singh, and Dr. Praguna Singh Sambyal, representing the firm's leadership team.
The event was honoured by the presence of the Acting Consulate General of India in Guangzhou, Muskan Jindal and Arun Pandianathan, Head of Visa and Public Information & Community Affairs. Jindal delivered remarks highlighting the diplomatic and economic significance of this milestone for India-China business cooperation and led the opening round table discussions, setting the stage for the rest of the forum and discussions to follow.

Li Mansi, Executive Chairwoman of the Shenzhen Brand Protection and Development Promotion Association, represented the broader brand protection community, and Li Fei, Chairman of Qianhai International Intellectual Property Comprehensive Operation Service Center, represented the strategic importance of Qianhai as a hub for IP services.
The participation of representatives from China's leading technology companies underscored KAnalysis's relevance to major industry players. These included Zhang Jinjing, Tencent Intellectual Property Comprehensive Affairs Expert, Yu Sihui, Patent Manager of Shenzhen Skyworth-RGB Electronics Co., Ltd., and Zhu Juan, Director of Intellectual Property at Guangdong Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., all attended and participated in the round table discussions, both sharing their success and challenges and how both sides can benefit from ongoing mutual exchanges. Their attendance demonstrated the strong interest from China's corporate sector in enhanced IP collaboration with Indian expertise.
