Kanchan Sinha joins JSA as Partner in Corporate practice

Kanchan Sinha has joined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Retained Partner at Gurugram.

Sinha is a 2003 graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

She has over 21 years of diverse experience, spanning Corporate & Commercial matters, M&A, Joint Ventures, Private Equity Investments (Seed/Equity), Foreign Investments, Business Transfers, cross border transactions across industries.

Sinha previously worked with Sembcorp Green Infra Private Limited, and Acme Solar, before joining JSA. In the past, she had held the position of a Partner at Luthra and Luthra.
