Khaitan & Co sets new record for itself with 76 campus hires in 2022

Khaitan & Co has hired a record 76 students during its 2022 campus recruitment drive.

Of the 76 newly recruited Associates, more than 50% (40) lawyers are women. The firm made 52 pre-placement offers (PPOs), while the remaining 24 were recruited on Day Zero.

The annual starting salary package will be around ₹15.6 lakh.

The firm hired 10 students from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata, and 9 from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar. 7 students each were hired from National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal and National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ). 6 each from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad, National Law University, Odisha (NLUO) and Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune were hired by the firm.

Commenting on the 2022 campus recruits, Executive Director, Human Resources Amar Sinhji said,
