Khaitan lawyer Vinita Choudhury joins Global Schools Foundation as Dy. General Counsel and Head M&A Legal

Vinita Choudhury has joined Global Schools Foundation (GSF) as a Deputy General Counsel and Head M&A Legal.

Choudhury is a 2013 graduate of Gujarat National Law University.

With over a decade of experience, Choudhury is a seasoned Private Equity and M&A lawyer.

Prior to joining GSF, she was associated with Khaitan & Co for over 8 years, where she held the position of a Counsel for over a year.

In her new role, Choudhury will be looking after all acquisition and investment activities of GSF.
