Ex-Khaitan lawyers Priyanka Desai and Jaideep Singh Khattar set up law firm 'The Fort Circle'

Lawyers Priyanka Desai and Jaideep Singh Khattar have set up their own law firm, The Fort Circle in Mumbai.

Both Priyanka and Jaideep were working at Khaitan & Co as Principal Associates before setting out on the entrepreneurial journey.

Both Priyanka and Jaideep are graduates of Government Law College, Mumbai

The Firm specializes in dispute resolution, arbitration, white collar crime, real estate litigation, private client practice and corporate advisory.

When asked why take the entrepreneurial plunge literally in the middle of a pandemic, the founders said that as the economy is re-churning and maturing, there is a requirement for quality legal services at every stage of the business as well as for personal affairs.
