Parveet Singh Gandoak has joined Jones Day as a Partner in the firm's Corporate Practice at Singapore..Gandoak is a 2005 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune and holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School. He was a Partner at King & Spalding for nearly 3 years. Prior to that, he has worked with Dechert LLP, Debevoise & Plimpton, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP..Hw has almost two decades of experience serving as an advisor to private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and corporations in a wide range of high-stakes corporate transactions. He has worked on both public and private M&A deals, joint ventures, minority and control investments, secondary transactions, exits, and restructurings.
