Kochhar's Mohit Kundu joins Dhaval Vussonji & Associates as Partner

Kochhar & Co Partner Mohit Kundu has joined Dhaval Vussonji & Associates as a Partner in Real Estate practice.

Kundu is a 2008 graduate of the University of Mumbai. He earned his LLM in Corporate Governance from The University of Manchester in 2009.

He has extensive experience advising developers, corporates, financial institutions, investors, etc. on a diverse range of real estate transactions across India. His expertise spans land acquisitions, project development, title diligence, leasing & licensing, transaction structuring, and documentation for complex real estate matters. He is particularly recognised for his work on the real estate dimensions of redevelopment projects, data centers, warehousing, and renewable energy projects. Over the years, Kundu has played a pivotal role in several marquee, high-value transactions.

Prior to joining Dhaval Vussonji, Kundu was associated with Kochhar & Co as Partner - Real Estate & Construction for four years. In the past, he has been associated with Hariani & Co, and Godrej Properties.
