LKS onboards Jivesh Chandrayan and Sudin Sabnis as Partners

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan has strengthened its Corporate and M&A and Direct Tax practices by adding two new Partners: Jivesh Chandrayan and Sudin Sabnis.

Chandrayan has joined as a Partner in Corporate and M&A at the firm's Delhi office.

With 20 years of experience, Chandrayan brings a wealth of expertise in Corporate and M&A. Having previously honed his skills while working with HSA Advocates, he possesses a deep understanding of Employment and Technology Laws and a proven track record of success in that space. He will be working alongside L Badrinarayanan.

Sabnis has joined as a Partner in Direct Tax at the firm's Pune office.

With 18+ years of experience, Sabnis brings a wealth of expertise in International Tax, Tax Structuring, Litigation, etc. Having previously honed his skills while working with Big4s, MNCs and Andersen in India, he possesses a deep understanding of Direct Tax and International Tax and a proven track record of success in the Direct Tax and International Tax space. He will be working alongside V Lakshmikumaran.
