He has over 12 years of experience in competition law and antitrust matters, including significant experience in both merger control and behavioural matters before competition law authorities.He has successfully represented companies in merger control matters, operating in different sectors, including private equity and other institutional investors. Singh advises clients in relation to ongoing cartel investigations across sectors.
