Luthra's Rajeev Rambhatla joins CMS INDUSLAW as Partner in Dispute Resolution practice

Rajeev Rambhatla has joined CMS INDUSLAW as a Partner in Dispute Resolution practice in Hyderabad along with his team.

Rambhatla is an alumnus of Christ University, Bangalore.

He has more than a decade of experience advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency-related proceedings and complex litigation matters. His practice spans representation before various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and arbitral tribunals, as well as advising clients on dispute strategy, risk management and contentious regulatory matters. He has advised clients across sectors on high-stakes commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency proceedings, real estate matters and employment-related disputes.

Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Rambhatla was Partner at Luthra and Luthra India Law Offices for the past two years.
