Inttl Advocare has announced the elevation of Mamta Jha as the Co-Managing Partner of the firm..With this elevation, Jha will share the leadership mantle alongside Hemant Singh, assuming a greater strategic and managerial role in the firm’s ongoing evolution. .An alumnus of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, she brings over 25 years of experience in the legal profession, with a primary focus on Intellectual Property litigation and enforcement. As Senior Partner and Head of Litigation & Opposition, she has led numerous high-stakes IP disputes and has been instrumental in shaping litigation strategy for the firm’s marquee clients. Her areas of expertise include trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial designs, geographical indications, domain name disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition, and regulatory compliance.
