Mohit Kapoor joins DBS Bank as Executive Director & Head Legal

SBI Card's Mohit Kapoor has joined DBS Bank (India) as Executive Director & Head Legal.

Kapoor is a 1992 graduate of Delhi University.

He is a dual qualified attorney (India and England & Wales) with over two decades of extensive experience in corporate and commercial legal, regulatory, and secretarial compliance. He has been associated with multiple leading organisations in the Banking & Finance space, which include Citigroup, Max Life Insurance, RBL Bank and IIFL Finance.

Prior to joining DBS Bank, Kapoor served as the Executive Vice President & Head Legal at SBI Card for the past three years.

At DBS Bank, he leads the legal function, oversees corporate, wholesale, institutional, and consumer banking products while providing strategic legal guidance to ensure compliance and mitigates risks across diverse banking services.
