Naik Naik & Co elevates Malabika Boruah to Partnership, gets Stuti Shetty as COO

Naik Naik & Co has announced the expansion of its leadership team, elevating Malabika Boruah to Partner and welcoming Stuti Shetty as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Boruah has over 17 years of experience specialising in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications laws. She represents a diverse roster of clients, including leading media houses, talent, and OTT platforms. Drawing on her in-house background, she provides end-to-end commercial guidance, from deal structuring through transaction completion.

Shetty, with a background in legal studies in England and Wales, brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen, having previously played a key role in business development at the Firm. She has a proven track record of nurturing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and building a global clientele across the UAE, India, and the UK. In her new role, she will play a vital part in shaping the Firm’s growth strategy while enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.

With Shetty taking charge as the COO, the Firm will spearhead growth and streamline operations across the practice.
