Nishith Desai Associates International Disputes Head Ashish Kabra moves to Resolüt Partners

After 15 years at Nishith Desai Associates, Ashish Kabra has moved to Resolüt Partners as Partner and & Head - International Disputes & Investigations Practice.

Kabra is an alumnus of National Law University, Jodhpur. He earned his LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University.

During his time at NDA, Kabra led the firm's international arbitration practice. He specialises in advising investors on shareholder disputes, internal investigations and director liability issues.

At Resolüt Partners, Kabra will lead the International Disputes and Investigations practice, covering both India-centric and broader cross-border mandates.

On joining Resolüt Partners, Kabra shared,
