Former LKS Partner Neeraj Dubey sets up his own firm — “The Valid Points Law Offices”

Neeraj Dubey, former partner of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, announced the launch of his new law firm - “The Valid Points Law Offices”, a new-generation business and commercial law firm.

To begin with, the firm shall have offices in Bengaluru, New Delhi, Gurugram and associate offices all over India.

The focus of firm shall be Corporate and Commercial Advisory and M&A and shall offer a full range of legal, financial, and business consultancy.

Dubey has around 20 years of experience working as a corporate lawyer in multiple jurisdictions across India. On his new firm, Dubey said,

"In "The Valid Points”, we believe in following a holistic approach to ensure that clients receive proper legal advisory.”
