Neha Sinha re-joins L&L Partners from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas

Neha Sinha has re-joined L&L Partners as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.

She was a Partner at L&L from 2015 till 2018, after which she had joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Sinha has also worked with Nishith Desai Associates in the past.

A 2008 law graduate from Symbiosis Law School Pune, Neha is also a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.

Her expertise includes Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Regulatory, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Private Clients and Investment Funds.

L&L has witnessed the return of 8 Partners in the recent past – Shonali Choudhry, Asim Abbas, Prabjot Singh Bhullar, Abhishek Mathur, Piyush Mishra, Vasudev Dibbur and Subhash Bhutoria, and now, Neha Sinha.
