ORTIS acquires Forte Legal; New Office set up in Gurugram to augment corporate and M&A practice

In an attempt to further strengthen the firm's General Corporate and M&A practices, ORTIS Law Offices has acquired FORTE Legal - a mid-tier corporate law firm based out of New Delhi and Gurugram headed by Saurabh Bhardwaj. .Bhardwaj joined ORTIS as a corporate partner with his entire team and would primarily be operating from the Gurugram office of ORTIS, which was recently set-up by the firm with the primary aim of boosting its corporate practice..Prior to establishing FORTE, Bhardwaj has had past experience of working as in-house Counsel of Micromax.
