

Pallav Mongia has been formally engaged as an Associate Member in the international disputes and arbitration practice of 3 Hare Court, a London-based civil and commercial barristers’ chambers.
A dual-qualified lawyer - Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and Solicitor (NP) in England & Wales - Mongia has over 15 years of experience in commercial arbitration, litigation and constitutional law matters. His practice spans the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on complex cross-border disputes involving commodities, investment ventures, construction and regulatory issues.
