Additionally, he has been advising clients on variety of employment law aspects, including, employee disputes, redundancy matters, negotiation of KMP employment agreements, review of policies, compliance audits, etc.Bhide has advised on high-value cross border transactions, including, acquisitions, business transfers, mergers, demergers, joint ventures and so on..Prior to AQUILAW, Bhide held the position of a Partner at Bharucha & Partners.
