He is empanelled as an arbitrator with SIAC, KCAB, HKIAC and THAC, amongst others..Mohan has a wide-ranging practice that spans banking and finance disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, and shareholder disputes.
