He specialises in matters of white-collar crimes and securities laws, especially on regulatory actions. He also regularly advises on compliance requirements such as insider trading regulations, listing requirements, stock broking regulations, merchant banking regulations, takeover regulations and regulations applicable to other capital market participants. Paras regularly advises on regulatory and registration requirements before authorities such as SEBI, RBI, EPFO and RERA, as well as on proceedings before the SEBI and RERA. He has conducted and assisted in proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunals, District Courts, Session Courts, RERA, arbitration tribunals and quasi-judicial proceedings before the SEBI and stock exchanges. .Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Parekh ran his own practice.
