

Prakash Narayanan has been appointed as Global General Counsel of L&T Technology Services (LTTS), with effect from December 2025.
Narayanan took to LinkedIn to confirm the news. He said,

Narayanan completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore in 2001. He holds an LL.M. from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Diploma in International Trade and Business Law from Instituto Universitario di Studi Europei.
Prior to joining LTTS, Narayanan served as Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at IBM from July 2020 to December 2025. During this period, he was part of the senior executive team at IBM India and South Asia, acted as lead counsel for Global Business Services (IBM Consulting) and oversaw the company’s compliance framework in the region.
Earlier, he was Director (Assistant General Counsel), Contracts & Legal Services at Bombardier between July 2012 and July 2020. Based in North America, he led global legal and compliance teams and advised senior management on strategic, transactional, regulatory and litigation matters, including multi–hundred-million-dollar transactions, litigation before courts in the United Kingdom and Canada and trade law proceedings before United States tribunals.
Narayanan began his legal career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he practised corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law and international trade law. He was also involved in building the firm’s India desk and the opening of its first Middle East office.
