Pranav Kumar Singh has rejoined HSA Advocates as a Partner in the firm's Corporate and Infrastructure practice, at New Delhi.

Singh is a 2003 alumnus of Delhi University.

He has over 22 years of experience and has been closely involved in India's rapid expansion of clean energy and energy transition initiatives, advising on large-scale renewable energy projects, emerging green energy solutions, and complex commercial and regulatory frameworks that support the sector's growth.

He has advised on a wide range of matters, including joint ventures, project development, public-private partnerships (PPP), and complex commercial arrangements, particularly in the power and renewable energy space.

Singh has also advised various government bodies, including the Central Government, State Governments and PSUs, on policy and regulatory frameworks, including the drafting of model concession agreements and legislation across sectors such as railways, ports, industrial cities and townships, healthcare, medical education, coal mining, renewable energy and food grain storage infrastructure.

Prior to rejoining HSA Advocates, Singh served as the General Counsel for AM Green Group for nearly two years. Prior to that, he served as ReNew Power's General Counsel for over 8 years.

In the Past, Singh was a Partner at HSA Advocates, where he was part of the Firm's Infrastructure and Energy practice and advised on project development and PPP initiatives.

On Singh's joining, Founding Partner Hemant Sahai stated,

"With Pranav's onboarding, our infrastructure and energy practice is further strengthened as he brings practical, on-ground and pragmatic experience backed by invaluable exposure he has garnered by working in the sector during the period where the sector itself has undergone massive transformation. We're looking forward to adding this avenue to our client servicing capabilities, particularly those who are deepening an expanding their work in the green energy etc."

On returning to HSA Advocates, Singh shared,

"My earlier stint at HSA played a significant role in building my understanding of the infrastructure and energy sector. I have had the opportunity to observe the sector closely from within organizations operating at the forefront of India's energy transition. Returning to the Firm now feels like a full circle moment. I look forward to contributing to the sector once again from the advisory side and working with the HSA team on matters that support the continued growth of infrastructure and clean energy initiatives."
