Priya Dixit joins NIVEA India as General Counsel

Priya Dixit has joined NIVEA India as General Counsel - India (Director – Legal & Compliance).

Dixit is a 2011 alumna of ILS Law College, Pune.

With over 15 years of experience as an in-house counsel, her expertise encompasses corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, M&A, intellectual property, competition law, litigation oversight, risk evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic legal counsel.

She has been associated with multiple leading organisations such as Mondelēz International, Hindustan Unilever and Johnson & Johnson.

At NIVEA India, Dixit will take charge of directing the company’s legal strategy, managing governance and compliance, providing counsel to business leaders on commercial and regulatory issues, and enhancing legal risk management across the enterprise.
