Bhavin Vora quits PwC to join Khaitan & Co as Executive Director in firm's Corporate and Commercial Practice

Former Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Bhavin Vora has joined Khaitan & Co as Executive Director with the Corporate and Commercial practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

With over 14 years of experience, Vora has advised clients on Mergers & Acquisitions, group restructuring, REITs/INVITs, cross-border transactions, structuring of outbound/inbound investments, etc. He has also advised and was part of couple of REITs which are listed in Indian stock exchanges.

Commenting on his joining Khaitan, Executive Director – Human Resources Amar Sinhji said,
