Rajeev Mishra joins Link Legal as a Partner in Dispute Resolution practice

Rajeev Mishra has joined Link Legal as a Partner in Dispute Resolution practice at the firm's Delhi office.

Mishra is a 2013 graduate of the Faculty of Law - Delhi University.

With more than 18 years of experience, Mishra specializes in Criminal Defense, White Collar Crime, Corporate Fraud Investigation, Tax Fraud, Cyber Crime, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Corruption Compliance (FCPA/ UKBA/ PCA), Fraud Risk Management advice, FEMA, and antecedent Litigation & Arbitration advice. He also assists resolution professionals on IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code) matters.

Prior to joining Link Legal, Mishra held the position of a Partner at INDIA JURIS for over 2 years.
