Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas lawyer Rini Mitra joins Desai & Diwanji as a Partner

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associate Rini Mitra will be joining Desai & Diwanji as a Partner in the Corporate Practice.

Mitra has over a decade of experience in fund formation, setting up of investment platforms, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate and compliance advisory.

In the past, she has acted as fund counsel for several domestic and offshore clients and advised on structuring, setting-up of and documentation for domestic funds, offshore pooling vehicles and also advised LPs on their investments in Indian funds.

She is a 2011 graduate of HNLU, Raipur.
