She thereafter moved in-house with ReNew Power Ventures, advising on land acquisition for wind and solar projects across multiple states in India. At Siemens India, she served as Senior Legal Counsel, handling dispute resolution and complex real estate transactions. Selected under Siemens’ young leaders’ programme, she was deputed to the Indian Institute of Bangalore, following which she assumed an international role as Regional Compliance Officer for Siemens Mobility, Asia Pacific..In her expanded role at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Sharma will support the Global Manufacturing Organisation, Biologics (Research and Manufacturing), Innovation, Research & Development, and the commercialisation of APIs across international markets.
