Romit Dey joins AP & Partners as a Partner

Romit Dey has joined AP & Partners as a Partner at the firm's Delhi office.

Dey is a 2008 graduate of Bangalore University.

He focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), domestic and cross-border restructuring, and financial services. Dey has extensive experience of having advised international and domestic clients from his previous roles at leading corporate firms and his time as an independent corporate counsel.

Prior to joining AP & Partners, Dey operated as an independent corporate counsel. He has also worked with leading law firms in the past, such as Dua Associates, IndusLaw, AZB & Partners, P&A Law Offices and Trilegal.
