Rudra Srivastava returns to Dua Associates as Partner in Corporate practice

Rudra Srivastava has re-joined Dua Associates as a Partner in Corporate practice at the firm's Gurugram office.

Srivastava is a 2006 alumnus of National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

Srivastava brings nearly two decades of experience to the Firm. He has developed a robust practice that spans Transaction Advisory, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Joint Ventures, as well as General Corporate and Commercial advisory, Labour and Employment, and Real Estate.

Srivastava had been associated with Dua Associates as an Associate for two years, back in 2007. Prior to his return to the firm as a Partner, he was associated with Singhania & Partners. His previous engagements include stints at Link Legal and Tatva Legal.
