S Majumdar & Co partners with Sinha and Company to form IP litigation firm Majumdar & Sinha

S Majumdar & Co has joined hands with Sinha and Company to form an Intellectual Property (IP) litigation firm called Majmudar & Sinha IPR Lawyers.

While the respective firms will continue to retain their individual identities and continue to service clients, Majumdar & Sinha will handle all forms of IP-related litigation before the Calcutta High Court.

The newly formed entity will be managed by Partners Suhrita Majumdar and Paritosh Sinha.

The alliance brings together a combined experience of over 50 years in their respective domains. The firm aims to be the largest specialist IPR litigation and dispute resolution practice at the Calcutta High Court.
