Sagus Legal elevates Shivam Sinha to Partnership

Sagus Legal has promoted Shivam Sinha to partnership at the firm.

Sinha is a 2014 graduate of the Jindal Global Law School.

Sinha is one of the founding members of Sagus Legal with solution expertise spanning across ADR and Insolvency & Bankruptcy and sector specialisations in oil & gas, energy and infrastructure.

Prior to his elevation to partnership, he was associated with the firm for over 3 years.

The Firm has also promoted Ishita Jain as Counsel and Nilesh Panda and Amrita Bakhshi as Senior Associates in the General Corporate Practice.

Jain’s practice expertise includes Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, White-Collar Crime, Environment, and IPR. She is also an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.
