Saloni Shah and Shivani Khanwilkar launch disputes firm Khanwilkar & Shah Associates in Mumbai

Shivani Khanwilkar and Saloni Shah have launched Khanwilkar & Shah Associates LLP, a litigation and dispute resolution firm based in Mumbai. The founding partners have worked together for the last eight years in DSK Legal and Trilegal.

The firm will focus on real estate & commercial litigation, environmental & regulatory disputes, arbitration, insolvency & company law matters, criminal & white collar crime matters, IPR disputes and family & matrimonial disputes.

Shah is a 2015 graduate of University of Mumbai and holds an LLM from the Queen Mary University of London.

Previously designated as Counsel at Trilegal, Shah is a disputes lawyer who has close to a decade of experience, having worked extensively in a wide range of matters from real estate, arbitrations and commercial disputes, across forums ranging from various High Courts and the Supreme Court to specialised tribunals such as MahaRERA. She had also spent seven years at DSK Legal.

Khanwilkar is an alumna of KC Law College, and is currently pursuing an LLM in Criminal Law from the same college.

Khanwilkar has had more than seven years of experience in litigation matters spanning from real estate, arbitration, white collar crime, family law, before the Bombay High Court, Supreme Court of India, civil courts and consumer forums. She has served as a Senior Associate at Trilegal for over a year, and prior to that as a Senior Associate at DSK Legal for over five years.
