SAM Partner Pooja Singhania joins KKR as Counsel

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Pooja Singhania has joined KKR as an Counsel.

Singhania is a 2012 alumna of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

She is a commercial and transactional lawyer with nearly fourteen years’ experience in facilitating a wide range of strategic and financial deal-making across sectors. She has advised on a number of complex, high-value private equity, M&A, PIPE, and other corporate transactions across India and South-East Asia. Singhania also routinely advised leading sponsors, including private equity funds, DFIs, sovereign wealth funds, and prominent corporations.

Prior to joining KKR, Singhania held the position of a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co for over 4 years.
