Sameet Gambhir has joined UFLEX Limited as Senior Vice President & Group Head - Legal.

Gambhir is a 2008 graduate of CCS University. He is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He is a Senior Corporate Legal Professional & Company Secretary with three decades of industry experience with expertise in Regulatory & Corporate legal matters, Corporate Governance & Compliances, ESG, SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, Risk management, Corporate Secretarial, IPR matters, data privacy issues, due-diligence, brand protection, investigations, corporate restructuring, handling Board meetings, shareholders meetings, RBI and FEMA matters, Industrial & labour Laws, contract management and litigations.

Prior to joining UFLEX, Gambhir was the Group Company Secretary & Compliance Lead at Schneider Electric for over a year.
