Samridha Neupane joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from Saraf & Partners

Samridha Neupane has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in the firm's projects, energy & infrastructure (PEI) practice.

He has joined the firm from Saraf & Partners.

Commenting on Neupane's joining, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff said,

Neupane is a 2011 graduate of National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) Hyderabad and has an LL.M. from National University Singapore (NUS). He had recently moved to Saraf & Partners from Luthra & Luthra.

He has previously worked at Khaitan & Co and Tatva Legal.

Neupane is a projects and energy law specialist, with particular focus on renewal energy and natural resources related work. His extensive experience includes strategic investments, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions - primarily in the energy and infrastructure space - along with project and construction related documentation and general corporate law advisory.
