Sanjana Rao, Jacob Alexander and Abhinay V have announced the launch of Polaris Legal, a civil and commercial litigation focused firm based in Bengaluru.

Polaris Legal specialises primarily in civil and commercial litigation, while also offering a broad spectrum of expertise in practice areas such as general corporate advisory, real estate transactions, employment and labour law, insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property, amongst others.

The Firm is equipped to support clients at every stage, from business formation and contract drafting to navigating complex dispute resolution. In addition to commercial mandates, the Firm also provides support to individuals in estate and wealth related matters, ensuring comprehensive legal solutions for its diverse clientele.

Founders Sanjana Rao and Jacob Alexander were former disputes Partners at CrestLaw Partners and subsequently at R&A Partners, and Abhinay V previously served as a disputes Partner with IndusLaw.
