Prior to joining Sanofi, she served as Vice President – Group Legal & Compliance at the Aditya Birla Group, where she oversaw group governance, compliance, internal restructuring, and intellectual property strategy.Known for her business-centric approach to legal problem-solving, Chakraborty has built and scaled legal, compliance, and tax teams for both startups and Fortune 100 companies.
