Saraf & Partners' Mathew Thomas joins CMS INDUSLAW as Equity Partner

Mathew Thomas has joined the Mumbai office of CMS INDUSLAW as an Equity Partner in the Capital Markets practice, along with his team.

Thomas is a 2010 graduate of National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi.

He has more than 15 years of experience in equity, debt and hybrid securities offering. He has advised domestic and international clients in capital markets related transactions including initial public offerings, rights offerings, qualified institutions placements etc. He has also worked on public offering and institutional placement of units and debt securities by REITs and InvITs.

In the past, he has worked with JSA, Trilegal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and Khaitan & Co.

Commenting on Thomas's onboarding, Founding & Senior Partners Avimukt Dar and Suneeth Katarki in a joint statement said,
