Shafaq Uraizee Sapre has joined Chandhiok and Mahajan as Senior Partner in the Mumbai office. Sapre has joined the firm as Managing Partner – Mumbai and will be a partner in the firm’s corporate and M&A practices.. Sapre is a 2001 graduate of the Government Law College, Mumbai..With over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments and transactions, Sapre brings a wealth of experience and expertise to C&M. She has represented multinational corporations, private equity firms, and family offices in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. .Prior to joining C&M, Sapre was the Managing Partner at Uraizee Law Associates. She has previously worked as a Partner in JSA.
