Prior to his move to Trilegal, Tiwari was a Partner at SAM for the past two years. Before that, he spent nine years at CAM.
On Tiwari's joining, Nishant Parikh and Sridhar Gorthi, Partners and Members of the Management Committee, said,
“The expansion of our Capital Markets practice reflects the evolving needs of the markets. Rohit brings strong market credibility, with deep technical expertise and proven execution capability. Tiwari himself shared,
“Trilegal has built a Capital Markets practice recognised for its institutional strength, thoughtful structuring and collaborative approach. As issuers and investors become more sophisticated, there is a significant opportunity to deliver differentiated value. I am excited to join the firm and contribute to its vision of building an innovative, market-leading Capital Markets practice.”
