Sharon Thomas appointed Director, Associate General Counsel at Kroll

Kroll has announced the elevation of Vice President & Senior Corporate Counsel Sharon Thomas to the position of Director & Associate General Counsel.

Thomas is a 2012 graduate of University of Mumbai.

With over 13 years of experience, Thomas is an in-house counsel specializing in risk assessment, mitigation, and commercial advisory work across the Asia Pacific region. She has advised multiple multinational companies on navigating complex legal landscapes while enabling sustainable, strategic growth.

Thomas joined Kroll in 2019 as a Corporate Counsel and has been associated with the organisation for the past six and a half years.

In her new role, Thomas will provide comprehensive legal support to Kroll’s Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory businesses across the Asia Pacific region, covering a wide range of services such as valuations, investigations, diligence, compliance, restructuring, expert services, and financial regulation.
